Frankfurt, Germany - Saconix International GmbH, Germany, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Saconix LLC, The United States and LogServ Logistic Services GmbH & Co. KG Brake, Germany, a wholly-owned subsidiary of J. Müller AG, Germany (together as, the “Sponsors”) announced today that they intend to develop and construct a newly designed and re-configured Sulphur Import Terminal at the Port of Brake, Germany (the “Terminal”). The project includes sulphur storage and a sulphur re-melting facility with a nameplate capacity of up to 200,000 metric tons annually in a first phase. The Terminal will serve as a primary Northern European point of entry for imported solid sulphur sourced globally.

The Terminal will have the ability to receive solid sulphur, store solid sulphur, melt solid sulphur and produce high-grade molten sulphur which will be stored in dedicated molten sulphur tanks. Logistically, the Terminal will be accessible by rail, truck and barge and will have the ability to handle, store, load and unload sea going vessels from its port location. Molten sulphur will be available for delivery to dedicated customers of the Terminal. The facility is expected to be fully operational in early 2021.

The Terminal remains subject to certain conditions including final investment decisions by the Sponsors which is expected prior to year-end 2019.
